If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to notify us from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please email us at red_robyn_ltd@icloud.com with your order number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
